After a consultancy looking at the internal processes and IT of the company, a full client review with major UK housebuilders and other key accounts followed. The way the project was structured gained enthusiastic buy-in from all clients.

Every aspect of client and internal interface was investigated, seeking ideas and suggestions for streamlining and improvement.


Client interfaces were improved and made more efficient, with a corresponding increase in status communication with clients. This improved information exchange yielded benefits, from design to the manufacturing programme too. Clients appreciated the detailed status reports which ensured products were available and delivered when required.
